PHU LAM’s FILLER MASTERBATCH PE BASED are manufactured using a 2-screw machine, an automatic material weighing system and a rigorously managed mixing process to deliver a consistent product of quality, maximizing dispersion and reach the lowest threshold for humidity.

Application: The product is widely used as a key of cost-effectiveness in the plastic industry.

1. Blowing PE film

Used for HDPE, LDPE films for products such as shopping bags, die-cut bags, T-shirt bags, garbage bags, etc. Filler masterbatch PE based is divided into 3 segments:

– Economics type:

We supply this product for products such as garbage bags and bags of high thickness while ensuring good dispersion, mechanical and physical properties of the product.

– Medium quality type:

We supply this product for medium thickness bags, which ensures good dispersion, bright film, gloss and toughness of the product.

– High quality type:

This is an outstanding standard quality product code. Use for extremely thin products: less than 8 microns. The product still ensures clarity, gloss, smoothness and suppleness.
